Looking for a new dentist i met Dr. Medhat Ghannam and have not regretted giving my dental care over to him. He is extremely well qualified with Education and Experience. His treatment manner is empathetic as well as thoroughly informative. He explains all procedures before and during care. He wants your dental care to be painless and works with you to find the best sedation for your needs. He demonstrates skill in making your dental temps and is a perfectionist when it comes to delivering the final product. I have had a complete dental redo due to incompetent dental work and poorly seated crowns from previous provider. After a second opinion concurred with Dr. Ghannam's findings, I placed myself in his care and have not looked back! My treatments involved many crown replacements, gum surgery, tooth lengthening, one implant, three root canals, two veneers,...you name it I probably have had it done! All this work has taken a year to complete but the end result is a beautiful set of perfectly placed teeth! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Medhat Ghannam to anyone looking for a kind, well qualified, gentle and outstanding dentist who will give you a perfect smile.

I have been a patient of Dr. Medhat Ghannam’s since May 2011 when I came to him for treatment of an abscessed root canal. My ongoing experience with Dr. Ghannam and the staff of the Artisan Dental Institute is the best I have ever had with any dentist since I began going to the dentist at the age of five.
I recently began the first stage of my journey to a healthy mouth. Dr. Ghannam performed two root canals and five crown buildups. Since this was an extensive procedure and I have a difficult time getting and staying numb, Dr. Ghannam decided to use non IV conscious sedation, which was a wonderful choice. I was relaxed, felt no pain, and was drowsy but could respond to his directions or to those of his medical assistant, Sunita.

In this day and age, there seems to be a large percentage of medical professionals that don’t care about customer service any more, but Dr. Ghannam cares very much about his patients. I used to dread the dentist as it was always a painful and unpleasant experience. However, all that has changed and I am thrilled beyond belief with the care and consideration I receive at Artisan Dental Institute. I plan to be a patient of Dr. Ghannam’s for years to come and highly recommend him to everyone.

I met Dr. Ghannam about ten years ago I had a lot of problems with my teeth I was very nervous on what to do about pain in my teeth and gum desease I also had to have a implant done. Dr. Ghannam was extremly professional and made me feel like a million dollars after words. He also made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and I felt like I was it great hands and had no worries. Dr. Lynch is the best dentist I have ever had for many reasons, but recently I met 4 of my high school girlfriends for a long weekend reunion to celebrate that we all turned 65 this year. These are women that I have known for many years but only see every few years. That particular weekend they all commented on how beautiful my smile was and asked how I keep my teeth so white. When I first came to Dr. Ghannam my teeth were very bad. I had infection with old crown that had broken down. My teeth were all different colors and I had the beginning of gum disease. Now I have a million dollar smile. I look 15 years younger, my gums and mouth are healthy and I feel confident. You could spend a fortune in plastic surgery, and clothes but if your teeth and gums are not healthy it won't make a difference. Your smile is the first thing that people notice. It reflects your health. Dr. Ghannam iis excellent and is a perfectionist. He explains everything to you and you feel very comfortable that you are in good hands. For many years I avoided the dentist. I always seemed to get a smart alec guy who would chastise me and reducible me about my teeth. Then I found Dr. Ghannam. He is kind and helpful and treatment is almost painless. If I had found him years ago I am sure I would not have lost so many teeth. I have quite a few old fillings, two that needed replacing, one of them with a crown. Dr. Lynch was very careful in coming up with a treatment plan, and did a great job with the crown and the filling. The crown looks and feels like a real tooth, and fits like a glove. The new filling in the other tooth is also flawless. Dr. Lynch also noticed some wear on a few of my front teeth, and did some resurfacing, with nice results.
Dr. Lynch is a superb dentist. Not only does he have the best credentials (Tufts Dental School), he's also a super nice dentist who takes the extra time to make sure his patients are comfortable during treatment (I barely felt the novocaine injection, because of the way he administered it, numbing the area first and then slowly injecting the novocaine). He is meticulous and a perfectionist, and makes multiple checks along the way to ensure the perfect outcome. He is dedicated and personable, with a great sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone who wants not only great results, but great care. His assistant Steve is also a pleasure to work with, as are his office staff.
